Learn to Synhro

Discover the joy of artistic swimming in a fun and non-competitive environment. In this group, we introduce the fundamental skills needed to perform synchro, including the feel of the water and movement to music. Typically, swimmers in this group are between 5-8 years old, depending on their swimming abilities.
Synchro Development

Build upon your basic skills and further explore the world of synchro in a nurturing, non-competitive setting. This pathway allows swimmers aged 6-12 to develop their abilities before deciding which direction to pursue within the Synquatics academy.
Club Pathway

Designed for swimmers aged 10-18, this pathway offers an opportunity to practice and improve the sport in a recreational atmosphere. Strengthen your flexibility and abilities through land training and enjoy local competition options if you wish to participate.
Competition Pathway

For swimmers aiming to excel and compete in artistic swimming both locally and internationally, this pathway is the perfect fit. Land training intensifies to support your aquatic training. Most swimmers join this pathway between 8-18 years old, but technically advanced swimmers as young as 6-8 may also be offered a place.
