Refund Policy

Hamilton Aquatics do not offer refunds/credit notes, except in circumstances outlined below;

  • If Hamilton Aquatics cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. coach illness, facility repairs, pool hygiene issues.
  • Medical issues persistent for three consecutive weeks or more and that is supported by a valid doctor's note.
  • Relocation outside of the emirate/country in which the venue resides.
Fees paid to Hamilton Aquatics in respect of swimming training services comprise 30% administration and business costs and 70% service fee plus VAT, in the event of a refund being awarded only the service fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis on the remaining number of lessons in the term.

In respect of any team kit purchased directly from Hamilton Aquatics refunds will be awarded only in the event of the item being faulty.
